Torchlight Marketing had been working for several years with Rien, Adams, and Cox running their digital advertising, but it became evident that their organic traffic was not performing nearly as well – so they asked us to investigate.
What we found was that the SEO services they were paying for were not effective and efforts by their SEO vendor to properly track performance was non-existent. More time was spent on positive spin and impressive reports than real results. What organic traffic and leads they were getting were of low quality.
The SEO Solution
We estimated this would take a year before our SEO efforts would pay off since changes in pagerank due to SEO take a long time to move the needle. We rebuilt their site and took over hosting to make it screaming fast and as an added bonus this gave us convenient access for further improvements. We then worked with Joe Cox to rewrite key blog articles each month, optimizing them for what potential clients actually search.
Within a few months we began to see both their pagerank and lead volume improve. Now over a year later, all the articles have been optimized and published and they continue to see increased traffic and leads.
